Bartlett is a smaller suburb about 35 miles slightly west to northwest of Chicago with a population around 41,000. Located within Cook, DuPage, and Kane Counties the village is bordered by cities like Elgin, Carol Stream, and Streamwood.

Bartlett has a railroad station along the Metra Milwaukee District-West, making for an easy commute to downtown Chicago. It is an excellent place to raise a family with one of the largest Little League baseball programs in the United States, and the indoor/outdoor Bartlett Aquatic Center. The city also offers recreational activities such as the village owned Bartlett Hills golf course and more than 19.5 miles of bike trails.

Due to its unique location, Bartlett is divided under the umbrella of public school District U-46, known as the second largest district in Illinois. District U-46 operates 40 elementary schools, 8 middle schools, and 5 high schools. It is also in close proximity to Elgin Community College.
Bartlett offers the small town feel with the proximity of larger city commerce, and the family friendly lifestyle that the Midwest is known for.
